Visit Banff & Lake Louise

Updated: Dec 5, 2019

I’ve enjoyed many regions of the Rocky Mountains but never Banff National Park. It was something I always dreamed about photographing, it was surreal witnessing the variety of turquoise and rich blue colors derived from glacier runoff. The water's hue morphed as you changed your perspective. The weather conditions of wind, temperature, sunny vs cloudy and time of day all played a rule in how you perceive the turquoise hue Banff is known for. We explored many iconic destinations such Lake Louise and Lake Moraine that complete Canada’s winter wonderland of the largest system of protected areas in the world. We experienced a breath of actives from caving underground to flying above the great divide in helicopters.
