Tiger Safari in India

Updated: Jul 6, 2019

Madhya Pradesh, India; the land that inspired the Jungle Book. The heart of Incredible India, home to one of the most powerful predators on earth. A symbol of strength, agility and grace, they radiate power and inspire awe. The tiger appears and disappears in the thick forests that camouflage it perfectly.

We have lost 97% of our wild tiger population in the last century. Today, India is home to 70% of the worlds wild tigers. Through conservation efforts, their population has doubled from 1,500 to over 3,000 in the last decade. Gives hope for endangered predators around the world. I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to encourage travelers to experience India's diversity of adventure.

While in India, I had the privilege to work along side and produce a short piece on world renowned travel photographer @markedwardharrisphoto. I've been inspired by his energy and ability to stay focused since we met in Nepal back in 2015. He’s traveled to 98 countries including 10 trips to North Korea.
